1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is USN UK Ltd only, located at Seven House, Longbridge, B31 2UQ.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of USN UK Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization.
Entrants must have access to the internet to enter the competition.
Up to 3 entries per person are permitted. Additional entries from the same individual will be removed.
3. Competition Period
The competition will run from 10/09/2025 to 11:59pm 28/09/2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To participate in this competition, you must interact with our Instagram competition post link here.
To enter successfully, you must:
1. Like the post
2. Leaving a comment on the original competition post, tagging a freiend or family member. Additional comments will generate additional entries.
3. Follow @USNUK and @harlequins on Instagram.
You can gain 1 additional entry:
1. Gain 1 additional entry by reposting the post to your feed.
A participant can gain a maximum of 2 entries. Additional entries will not be counted.
5. Prize
3 prizes can be won. One main prize consisting of 1x Harlequins signed shirt, 1x Harlequins signed ball, and a USN bundle worth £100.
2 Runner-Up Prizes each consist of a USN bundle worth £100.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
USN UK Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period on Monday 29/09/25.
The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 14 days of the closing date (12/10/2025). If the winners do not respond to the promoter within 30 days of being notified, the winners' prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
7. Publicity
By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry for publicity purposes related to the competition in any media without additional compensation or prior notice. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the competition. The winner can opt out of this at any time by contacting USN on the email info@usn.co.uk.
8. Data Protection
Any personal data provided in connection with this competition will be processed in accordance with USN's privacy policy, available here. The data will only be used forthe purposes of administering this competition unless consent is given for marketing purposes.
Any entrant may request that their personal information be removed at any time; however, this action will remove the entrant from the competition.
All personal information entered will be deleted within 6 months of the competition close (28/09/2025) or upon successful delivery of all prizes to the competition winners.
9. Limitation of Liability
USN UK Ltd does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
USN UK Ltd further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the competition.
10. General
USN UK Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
The decision of USN UK Ltd regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
This competition and its terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
